A local non-profit is looking for Housing Program Intake Specialists and Eligibility specialists! The Intake Specialists will take inbound calls and meet with new candidates and determine which program they are eligible for. Eligibility Specialists will meet and keep in contact with beneficiaries of the programs and make sure that they are still in compliance for the program. Both of these roles will communicate with beneficiaries or potential beneficiaries of the program through email, phone, and in person.

Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the positions are:
Determine Eligibility of housing programs
Communicate with beneficiaries or candidates in a timely manner
Submit all paperwork in a timely manner
Provide a quality experience to beneficiaries and members
Communicate with property management
Maintain a proper meeting schedule

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
The skills required:
Basic Income Calculations
Computer Literacy
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Knowledge of Housing Programs and Eligibility

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years experience in Property Management, Customer Service, and or Housing Program eligibility
High School Diploma
Computer Literacy
Excellent Customer Service
