Are you looking to join a hardworking, growing team? We are currently hiring for a HR Financial Specialist in the Hauppauge area! This is a 6 month temporary assignment with a wellness oriented company with a starting pay of $25/hr! We are looking for someone who has experience with reconciliation of HR billings and deductions and with experience using ADP enterprise.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare ACA reports
-Reconcile health & union related contributions
-Processing invoices
-Maintain and update employee information and records
-Provide support for new hire onboarding
-Administer HRIS system & HR portals

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to multitask
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
-Strong communication skills

Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in HR or a related field preferred
-3-5 years of experience in HR/Finance
