Established flatbed logistics company based in Nashville with 40 years of success is looking for an EXPERIENCED HUMAN RESOURCES BENEFITS COORDINATOR to join their Berry Hill area office.
As a fantastic addition to the team, you will serve as primary liaison and administrator between employee and insurance providers for their benefits program.

Responsibilities:
Check it out! Responsibilities include: Provide benefit administration support, including new employee benefit enrollments, terminations and annual open enrollment activities and leave of absence programs (FMLA, STD, LTD); Complete monthly audits of carrier statements to ensure accuracy on both carrier and employer end; Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes; Performs on-boarding for new hires, including ensuring completion of paperwork, E-Verify and planning and conducting new hire orientation; Recommending corrective actions and assisting with termination processes; Communicate regularly with all levels of the organization; answering questions and assisting employees with HR related inquiries as needed; Maintain HR information system and files to reflect real time data.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Are you the one we are looking for today? 5 years of benefits and general HR experience are required; PHR and/or SHRM certification a plus. Bachelor's degree required; HR specialization a plus.
