As a human resource generalist, you will be performing HR-related duties on a professional level and in collaboration with HR management and coworkers.
If you have experience in payroll administration, time and attendance system, HR data base, and preparing reports WE WANT YOU!

Responsibilities:
-All aspects of payroll function.
-Responsible for on-boarding, policy implementation, record keeping, and documentation collection.
-Review of documents and inputting of data.
-Responsible for timely completion, accuracy, and filing of all I-9 forms and NYS section 195 forms.
-Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from database.
-Assists with budget process.
-Complete employment verification.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
3-5 years experience of HR experience and processing bi-weekly payroll
Knowledge and experience in Pay Chex or comparable system

Bilingual in Spanish a plus!!
