Looking for positive and enthusiastic hard working Human Resources generalist with a hospitality background. This position will be onsite at one of the boutique hotels. The candidate will need to be familiar with hotel operations and being onsite. Location is West Hollywood / Hollywood area. The ideal candidate will represent the hotel and hotel staff on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the administration of all aspects of Human Resources for the Hotel
  • Facilitates new hire orientation
  • Develops, supports and administers an effective employee relations program
  • Communicates, interprets and implements human resources policies and procedures
  • Oversees maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee files
  • Processing of appropriate worker's compensation, work related injury and unemployment claims
  • Employment verification


Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Great communication skills, oral and written

Qualifications:

  • Must be bi-lingual English/Spanish.
  • 3+ years in HR
  • Hotel industry or hospitality experience highly preferred
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to work Evenings, Nights and Weekends depending on business needs
