Our innovative health and human service programs have transformed lives and strengthened communities. We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative for our Folsom, CA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees
  • Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems
  • Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed
  • Facilitate translation services for nonEnglish speaking callers


Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:

  • Communication skills with an empathetic, service minded personality
  • Solid computer skills


Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience required (call center exp preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
