Do you have at least 2 years experience in customer account management or sales support? Are you looking to work for a growing, fast-paced company? Do you have excellent phone skills? If this sounds like you, we'd love to speak with you!

Rate of Pay: $40K-$45K depending on experience
Location: North San Antonio
Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
-Providing support to outside sales for customer service
-Developing and maintaining customer part specification forms and AS400 part files
-Confirming customer purchase order and material specification receipt and sending order acknowledgment
-Entering production work orders
-Creating pick list and bills of lading from finished goods
-Developing and maintaining customer files
-Managing finished goods inventories
-Creating customer credit applications and documentation
-Talking with customers by phone or in person and receiving purchase orders for processing material
-Soliciting sale of new products

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Must have at least 2 years experience in customer account management or sales support
-MS Word and MS Excel experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and document calls with proper notation
-Ability to listen effectively and show patience while working with customers
-2 professional references of past supervisors that Randstad may contact directly
-Agree to background and drug screen
