- Develops performance-based learning solutions to meet business needs using relevant methodologies to maximize the learning experience

- Uses technology to design innovative learning solutions incorporating multiple formats and relevant adult learning activities/interactions, including eLearning, blended approaches, classroom, and virtual instructor-led materials

responsibilities:

- Develops performance-based learning solutions to meet business needs using relevant methodologies to maximize the learning experience

- Uses technology to design innovative learning solutions incorporating multiple formats and relevant adult learning activities/interactions, including eLearning, blended approaches, classroom, and virtual instructor-led materials

- Exceptional instructional design skills, writing skills, and ability to master technical content; experience writing original content

- Assesses learning needs and recommend appropriate methodology for optimum learning experience & business relevance

- Demonstrated successful experience in designing relevant learning solutions for business application

- Demonstrated experience with content design and development tools and languages such as Articulate Storyline/Presenter , etc.; Experience with SCORM and AICC standards, and creating content for integration with learning management systems (LMS) or directly into an existing database.

- Demonstration of effective collaboration and teamwork with all levels of key stakeholders across the organization including the OETM team, SME's and vendors; Strong presence, poise, persuasiveness, ability to establish high level of credibility quickly; appropriate confidence to gain the trust and respect of key stakeholders and learners

 
qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years overall instructional design experience in all aspects of development methodology

- Minimum bachelor's degree in education, training and development, instructional design, communication, or related field

- Solid working knowledge and understanding of adult learning pedagogy

- Solid working knowledge and understanding of learning project management and full-cycle learning and development (e.g. needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation)

- Performance-driven, results-oriented, stakeholder-focused and speed-to-solution; comfortable and flexible with changing priorities, high levels of ambiguity, non-routine issues.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment; ability to anticipate obstacles and plan contingencies

- Knowledge of financial content, processes a plus

- Portfolio of work samples a must
