Looking for someone who likes to deliver results, who is goal orientated, and wants to drive operational excellence. Looking for a work order & inventory analyst who wants to build a career and tenure at a company with great opportunities. Must be successful and identifying systematic issues and providing innovation solutions. Must thrive in working with a team and different projects.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Inventory and coordinate internal resources
Evaluate current and new job orders, ensure following steps
Review Bill of Materials and forecast multiple level through job orders
Monitor inventory for production/spares/MRO
Adjust inventory for spare parts at shipment
Manufacturing traveler creation/serialization/archiving
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Report to management as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree (A MUST)
Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience, including successfully (A MUST)
managing various projects in the fields of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, ERP
Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Engineering change/configuration management experience
Green Belt project completion (A PLUS)
