Do you consider yourself an exceptional office assistant? Do you work with a sense of urgency? We are looking for a office assistant who has the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Data entry of incoming orders and client information.
Inventory tracking of items needed to be re-ordered.
Seeks and participates in on-going training.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Must be able to type 50 WPM
Customer service is a must have.
Must possess interpersonal skills to deal with customers, warehouse,trucking and outside carriers.
Data entry skills
Software knowledge of Windows,Excel, and Word.

Qualifications:
Warehouse/logistic knowledge
Must have office skills
Must be flexible
