Warehouse positions on NATIONAL TURNPIKE in Louisville, KY. BRADY CORPORATION, a Milwaukee-based manufacturer of safety products, is currently recruiting for Machine Operator Helpers and Production Workers. This is a temp-to-permanent placement position. This position is responsible for handling material, performing quality inspection and packaging of goods under direct supervision.

2nd Shift
$11.65 per hour

Responsibilities:
Additional core duties will include, but are not limited to:

Be flexible to work in multiple departments and positions
Verify product meets specifications including dimensions, perforations, construction, etc
Perform quality tests as directed by operator
Record quality check data
Retrieve product from conveyor and package in boxes/bags
Repacking or Kitting of product
Assemble and label boxes
Palletize boxes/bags according to specification
Thread web
Gather, move and bale waste product
Operate boom, soc or pillow equipment.
Clean production area
Be flexible to work in any area as needed
Adhere to Brady's Attendance, Safety & other Company policies

Working hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Skills:
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year experience in a manufacturing environment (experience on a machine is preferred)
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to train others
Ability to read & follow written directions
Flexible in schedule to work overtime, nights & weekends as needed
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly & stand for 100% of shift
Ability to bend, twist, crawl, climb & reach to perform job duties
