Permanent position: Leading Automotive manufacturer is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for 1st shift. This opportunity will be located in the Perrysburg,OH area The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing maintenance support to all other departments to ensure customer schedules and projects are completed timely. Leadership of the Maintenance Department. This role comes with a very competitive compensation package ranging from $80-95k depending on experience. Paid relocation is also available. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Supervisor

  • Responsible and accountable for all Maintenance activities
  • Promote and practice "safety first" by immediately addressing any hazards, defective equipment or unsafe conditions within the department
  • Assist in maintaining effective department communications through a prioritized work list, plant meetings, daily meetings, and weekly department meetings
  • Support new program launches
  • Participate in Continual Improvement activities

Requirements for the Maintenance Supervisor

  • 5 years experience as Maintenance Supervisor in an Automotive manufacturing environment
  • Robotics and Electrical Controls experience is required
