job summary:

The Marketing Cloud Specialist will report to the Associate Director, CRM. This candidate will focus on two areas. First and foremost, they will support the Marketing Cloud projects and ongoing support. Specific experience with Marketing Cloud Connector, Import Activities, Data Extensions, Journey Builder and AMPScript helpful. In addition, they will triage issues around Salesforce Sales Cloud used by client for running their day to day business.

Basic Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates who have at least seven years of relevant technology experience. A strong candidate will show: - Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is essential in supporting and developing ongoing use of these products in numerous business initiatives. - Strong analytic skills are essential in mining data.

Ideal candidate will understand relational database fundamentals and demonstrate experience with SQL and reporting tools. Experience in mining data, developing analysis and presenting findings. - Ability to work within a team-centric, fast paced work environment and able to multi-task, set priorities, work independently and proactively with limited direction, solve complex problems and work effectively under the pressures of multiple competing deadlines. -
