Randstad has an exciting opportunity to work with a third party benefits administrator company in Downtown Manhattan!

We are looking to hire temp-to-perm Customer service representatives. If you or anyone you know maybe interested please send us your resume.

Responsibilities:
- Responds and makes a best effort to resolve all callers' inquires and needs
- Assists customers including prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, via the phone, mail, and web
- Facilitates the fulfillment of caller requests for documents
- Responds to all inquiries consistent with confidentiality and privacy policies and refers callers to alternate sources when appropriate
- Accesses, reads, and interprets data and supports, resolves inquires and educates callers
- Escalates calls or issues to the Call Center Lead for resolution as needed
- Enters appropriate data and information into the applicable automated systems for processing renewals
- Attends meetings and trainings, as requested and maintains up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems
- Performs other duties as assigned by management

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in high volume environment
- Customer service experience
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent oral and written communication

Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 1-2 years of experience dealing with Medical insurance claims
