Operational Support needed in Franklin TN
-This position is a multiple account position that is input of sales orders and Processing orders along with experience in customer service and invoicing responsibilities.
-This Position requires very good computer skills and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities:
- Release sales orders from Provia and process.
- Monitor shortages and late deliveries and analyze inventory levels.
- Hot Calls for accounts
- Send asn's and create bill of ladings for shipment.
- Interact with customers to resolve needs or complaints

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Knowledge of Provia, Rocky Soft and Great Plains
- Process Purchase orders and review forecast information
- Call transportation company for pick up per instructions
- Communicate to suppliers any material shortages.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or experience equivalent.
- International business degree or similar
- One or more years in the automotive industry or international sales experience
- Preferably with knowledge on supply chain, inventory and auto parts business
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, daily usage and forecast data.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
