Randstad In-house Services is currently filling Associate level Technician roles for a renowned manufacturer of commercial/industrial air conditioning, heating and refrigeration products at their North Charlotte facility. Assembly Technicians will build various components in the production of commercial sized air conditioning units

On the job training is provided. Steel toed shoes are all you need to apply.

Environmentally controlled, clean, and safe facility with a focus on quality, not quantity.

The normal schedule runs Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Must be available for Friday and Saturday work based on production needs. Expect 50 hours per week and be available for 60 hours per week.

Pay is $10.50 per hour with a 3 and 6 month wage increase potential up to $11.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Daily job functions may include:
- Assembly of kits
- Fastening of machine screws
- Wiring of compressors, monitors, or displays
- Testing of sensors, gauges, or specs

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Requirements for consideration are:

- A hands on willingness to learn
- Comfortable with shop tools (impact drivers, hand tools, light industrial machinery)
- Understand what it means to work and have work

Qualifications:
A truly unique work experience. The right candidate will gain valuable knowledge of the manufacturing process (Production, Inventory, Quality, Engineering). Actual work experience is not required. The only requirement is a great interest in industrial production and putting forth the effort to learn and perform at an exceptional level.
