A well accomplished manufacturing plant in South Sacramento is seeking a Production Supervisor with 5 + years of experience!
The main task of the Production Supervisor is to supervise and coordinate the activities of the production employees.
Work is mainly performed while standing and requires walking back and forth from different areas of the plant.

-Safety of all associates and Quality Standards are met.
-Production schedule for the current day/week
-Materials availability

Responsibilities:
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees; developing personal growth
Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, monitoring personnel and resources, and implementing cost reductions.
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, and resolving problems.
Maintains quality services by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Ensures operation of equipment by evaluating new equipment techniques.
Provides manufacturing information by com;ing, initiation, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by education and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops, and trainings.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
