Healthcare organization in the Central San Diego area is seeking a project coordinator to join a team in the Grants department.

Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing timelines for grants & proposals. This person will be working with all different departments within the organization to gather their information (i.e. writer, budgets, etc.) This person will be in charge of the entire project/proposal from start to finish and could be working on up to 10 proposals at a given time. Drafting the proposal (often 500 pages) and gathering all information into a nice, detailed proposal and sending to county, state, or federal institutions and sometimes other companies as well.

This Program Coordinator needs to be a self starter, have new ideas, work independently with little supervision, great with timelines and sticking to deadlines.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Associate's degree or higher preferred
--2+ years of experience in a project coordinator role, or similar
--MS Office Suite Advanced
--Ability to prioritize & stay organized
--Multi-task in a fast paced environment
