Description:

The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) ensures the "Organization's"

portfolio of programs and projects is aligned and executing according to the strategic objectives and goals. This includes working with the management at all levels and project teams to manage budget, resources, communications, critical issue / risk resolution, and sponsorship of all projects providing a bridge between business strategy and project delivery. The EPMO develops, maintains, and distributes standardized processes, procedures, templates, and tools to be leveraged across the organization.

The Project Manager, EPMO will be assigned to managing the 403(b) Business Implementation project, under the leadership of the Vice President overseeing the initiative. The Project Manager, EPMO has overall responsibility for the successful completion and delivery of any projects they are assigned to. The Project Manager, EPMO coordinates/oversees project teams, work streams, quality management, financial management, and the methods, standards, and guidelines for the project. The Project Manager, EPMO is a liaison between the Business teams involved in the project, and has responsibility for maintaining the integrity of EPMO standards at the project level. The Project Manager, EPMO may also be required to attend process reviews, engagement reviews, and senior management reviews for their respective projects.

  • Energy to drive project forward in task saturated environment with multiple conflicting priorities
