Are you interested in working for a company as a Purchasing Agent? Do you have at least 3 years of experience working in this field? Do you like to negotiate contracts, and review the quality of products? If this sounds like the experience you have and if you are open to other job opportunities, then we want to talk to you!

Rate of Pay is $14-$17 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm
Location:- Near Converse area

Responsibilities:
-Receives and reviews purchase requisitions for materials and services, coordinating the timely processing and delivery of material from processor to customer
-Placing outside processing and purchasing orders for material requisitioned and appropriately authorized
-Monitors quality of goods and services by reviewing costs, schedules, timeliness of delivery and conformance to specifications
-Expedites and follows up to resolve issues with vendor quality, delivery, invoicing and quantity as required
-Ensures timely communication with departments related to scheduling, material requirements to support the company and its customers
-Completes monthly inventory reconciliation for each vendor

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Experience with researching, verifying and confirming pricing information
-Ability to think independently and detect problem issues
-Strong MS Office application skills with emphasis on Excel
-Adaptable to changing priorities
-Highly accountable for meeting deadlines
-Attention to detail
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Good verbal and written communication skills
