    Looking for a new opportunity within manufacturing? Do you feel as if you live and breathe, machine maitenance? Are you looking to apply your experience at a reputable, precision product manufacturer? I am currently looking for an individual with a proven track record of reparing various CNC machines as well as manual machines used in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities -The ability to trouble shoot and repair complex production equipment including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment-Perform detailed preventive maintenance of production equipment-Welds, repairs or reproduces broken or worn equipment components-Develop comprehensive reports of machine conditions as required,-Rebuild/Repair CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, NBG multi-spindle screw machines,Single Spindle, and production equipment-Support the Gridley departments with set ups and running machines as needed.Minimal computer literacy Should be able to use calipers, micrometers, multi-meter and amp-meter. Must be able to read and understand Mechanical Blueprints and schematics.
