A small team oriented financial firm in Astoria, Queens is seeking a Receptionist to start ASAP! Come join this firm and build a solid administrative skill set that will set you up for a bright future!

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming/ interacting with all clients, staff and management
- Accomplishes complex clerical and administrative work; Schedule appointments and organize meetings and employee gatherings/events
- Prepare and distribute presentations, sales materials, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents
- Answer telephone calls / screen and direct calls
- Prepare/Calendar travel arrangements as necessary

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Strong leadership abilities/ must be able to work independently with little to none supervision
-Excellent internal and external customer service orientation
-Organized time management abilities are preferred
-Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required
-1-2 years' experience required
-Yardi experience required; Intermediate in Microsoft Office 2010 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
-Fluency in Spanish is required
