job description

The receptionist will be working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing as well as the Customer Service department to ensure orders are taken properly and that invoices are filed in the appropriate manner. The receptionist must be professional and represent themselves in a positive manner when greeting clients and reporting to higher level managers. This person must have a "can-do" attitude and be proactive and productive in all they accomplish in the work setting.

Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls
-Open and distribute incoming mail, outgoing mail
-Assist guests and vendors upon arrival to the office
-Special projects that arise
-Other projects as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
-MS Office skills, listening, professionalism
-Client focused, organized and ability to handle pressure
-Must be well organized and a self-starter
-Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
-Ability to work with a sense of pride and urgency and to adapt and be flexible as priorities change
