Receptionist - Front Desk Administrator

Our client, in the San Ramon, CA area is looking for a well-polished and professional Receptionist! This a great opportunity to get your foot in door with one of the most well-known companies in the Bay Area. Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering and directing all incoming calls
Greeting all visitors and clients
Filing documents
Special projects as assigned
Data Entry
Routing incoming and outgoing mail

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Requirements:
1 year experience working in an administrative support role or as a receptionist preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Outgoing, professional, well groomed and friendly nature.
Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions.
Must be a Self-Starter, Thick skinned with an ability to take feedback.
Must be extremely punctual.
Intermediate experience in MS Office, Excel and Word.
Desire to learn, excel and grow as a professional.
Detail oriented.
Excellent organizational skills
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications:
Salary/Benefits/Hours:
Temporary; with a possibility to grow into Temp to Permanent and advance within the organization.
Mon-Fri 8-5PM
$16/hr. - $20/hr.
All candidates are eligible for benefits including but not limited to: Medical PPO, Dental, Vision, and 401K.
