Our client in Warwick is seeking a professional career Receptionist to join their team for a permanent opportunity. The hours for this position would be Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Candidates must be flexible to work overtime hours as needed (until 8:00 pm during the week and on Saturdays) during peak season . The annual salary for this position would be between 35-38K.

Responsibilities:
In this role, the receptionist would be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:

* Maintaining incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system
* Supporting executives with various projects
* Greet Visitors upon arrival and address questions or concerns
* Sort and Distribute UPS & FedEx packages and mail
* Typing & formatting letters
* Miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Skills and Qualifications:

* Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
* Ability to support multiple managers and prioritize tasks
* Experience using Quickbooks is preferred
* 2-3 years of front desk/receptionist experience in a professional office setting is required. Experience working in a financial based office is preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
