We are hiring a receptionist for a temporary to hire position for one one our clients in the West Palm Beach area.

The Receptionist is responsible for performing front desk responsibilities and general administrative support

Responsibilities:
All receptionist duties including answering incoming calls, greeting guests, sorting mail and incoming deliveries, preparing packages for FedEx.
. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
?? Arrange meetings, events and lunches for West Palm Beach facility.
?? Ordering office supplies, as needed.
?? Coordinate with Facilities Manager, when service personnel will be on site.
?? Tidy and maintain reception area.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Highly responsive, conscientious; responsible
Effective writing and verbal communication skills
Minimum 5 years in front office support experience
Highly organized and ability to effectively multi-task
Proficient with Excel, Power-point, Microsoft Outlook, Word

Qualifications:
Positive demeanor and personality; ability to effectively work with others internally and externally (clients), reliable attendance
