We are looking for a recruiter to support the hiring needs of our partnership with Philips in Bothell, WA. Besides supporting on site recruitment, this person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining applicant screenings, safety, payroll, I-9s, talent records and workers compensation. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8am until 5pm. The pay is $17-$20 per hour DOE.

Responsibilities:
Besides supporting recruitment, this person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining applicant screenings, safety, payroll, I-9s, talent records and workers compensation.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Must be able to work well with a sense of urgency and understanding of prioritization. Needs to feel confident in using Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and social media as everyday tools.

Qualifications:
Must have a least 2 years??? experience working in staffing or human resources
if no experience must have a BA in business
HR support or recruiting experience is a plus.
Ability to develop working relationships in all levels.
Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information.
Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work and effective time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
