Randstad Professionals have an excellent opportunity as a full time Recruiter working with large Financial organizations in the Charlotte, NC area.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience recruiting for high level Finance and Accounting positions
  • Banking Experience or a good understanding of how the banking industry works
  • MBA is not required but preferred
  • Experience working on the Vendor side of recruiting
  • Extremely organised and great communication skills
  • Experience in a high call volume environment

Job Duties:

  • Reviewing, prioritizing and screening applicants.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and corporate hiring policies required throughout the candidate screening process.
  • Proactively auditing search status results on an ongoing basis to ensure that as the search progresses the research strategy is refined as well.
  • The ability to research job orders and collaborate with sales to find candidates that best fit
  • The ability to change focus quickly and effectively
