-Support employees with your knowledge of NYC & the company platform
-Answer & resolve inquires from employees and customers in person & on the online portal

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
-High energy with a social personality & a passion for talking to people
-Excellent oral/written communication (ability to communicate in Spanish, Russian, Mandarin or Arabic is a plus!)
-Strong knowledge of the local NYC & Long Island City area
-Strong computer skills & Google Suites proficiency

Qualifications:
-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail or driving services
-Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
-Spanish, Russian, Mandarin or Arabic speaking is a huge plus (but not necessary)
