KING OF PRUSSIA PA - Our client in King of Prussia PA in the manufacturing industry has an immediate opening for a full time temporary to hire Scheduling Coordinator.- This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team that offers a stable and flexible work environment! Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer up to 50 incoming calls
- Answer over 25 emails
- Enter correct customer information
- Assist with special projects
- Enter data in SalesForce
- Administrative tasks as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Customer Service Associate

Qualifications:
- 1 TO 2 years of scheduling experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience working with SalesForce is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be organized and have excellent attention to detail
