job summary:

This position will work in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) group focusing on daily operation activities. The successful candidate will perform operation support of IAM technology including, but not limited to user credential provisioning, access management for employees and suppliers, incident management, documentation of IAM procedures/standards, verbal and nonverbal communication to internal and external customers etc.

Technology Competencies -

- experiences with user provisioning/onboarding

- experiences with Directory Services Technologies (basically active direction, virtual directory any types that deal with directior will be good.

- experiences with Windows and Linux platforms- (a lot of times they have to get on system to issue command and different things to diagnose issues. Basically troubleshoot access issues.

- experiences with privileged identity and access management technologies, such as Active Directory/LDAP, VPN etc.

- experiences with IAM security tools such as Aveksa and StealthAudit (both are great, but Aveksa is required )
