Outstanding company in Franklin has an immediate opening for individual with strong customer service skills and ideally experience with mechanical related outdoor equipment experience.
This job will require flexibility with days and hours to include some weekends.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will:

-Handle all warranty claims
-Processing warranty and product improvement claims.
- Maintains accurate and timely reports and records in service department's operations.
- Ensure that all charges related to work orders are posted properly.
- Ensure all work orders are closed in a timely manner.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
We are seeking a candidate who can provide a superior level of support to clients and one who can work with various departments to ensure follow up.

Knowledge and experience in service department and accounting related duties will put your resume to the top

-Strong communication skills and computer skills along with the ability to ensure a high level of detail and dedication
