Service Coordinator for a growing Communication and Security Company.

Responsibilities:
Dispatching
Receives Service Calls.
Responds to customer with ticket # to acknowledge the reception of the call.
Enters the service call into Management Software.
Communicates with technicians and schedules service calls.
Communicates details and ETA to the customer.

Coordinating
Receives updates from technicians regarding service calls.
Enters details into management software.
Requests parts from purchasing.
Updates customer.
Determines if request is billable, covered under contract, or warranty.
Verifies all labor and time has been entered into service order.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, 2 years??? experience in billing and/or service coordination
