This position will perform financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting for the equity assets, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of investments related financial transactions and/or accounting information.

responsibilities:
  • Assist accountants and auditors with bookkeeping, clerical duties, and managing accounts.
  • Resolve outstanding payments through communication with departments, vendors, and clients.
  • Process, record, and pay invoices, bills, and other transactions.
  • Record fiscal transactions, balancing and reconciling accounts.
 
qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree from a 4 year institution
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in Account or investments
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient in Excel and Oracle experience
