located northeast of downtown Los Angeles.

We are seeking a Tax Accountant who is highly detail-oriented, works well in a team oriented environment, and proficient in tax accounting and US GAAP Accounting. The role is in a dynamic, high-paced environment.

responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning the tax compliance process
  • Prepare tax returns and supporting documentation for a publicly-traded real estate investment trust
  • Prepare quarterly tax projections, REIT tests and tax provision schedules
  • Assist with tax compliance and research
  • Prepare or review tax basis ledgers
 
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA highly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Tax experience required
  • Public Accounting experience
  • Public commercial real estate
  • Experience in preparation of partnership and corporate returns, foreign disclosure experience a plus
