This is a great opportunity for a individual with a degree in IT related field or at least one year of Technical Support in a Call Center environment.
We have an immediate opening for a wonderful company located in the Cool Springs area and are looking for the right person to provide support to customers.

Hours are either 7:am to 3:00pm or 9:am to 6PM
Immediate opening for a Customer Service Specialist for a premier company located in Franklin, TN for industry involved in airport lighting systems.
We are seeking technically inclined individual with strong communication skills to assist field workers while you are working from corporate office.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
In this role you will be:
--Diagnosing issues via remote site alert system
--Answer inbound calls pertaining regarding site access
--Assist field techs with new lighting/monitoring installations
--Assisting with documenting all calls and ensuring Federal Compliance

-The candidate we seek should be very detail oriented with expert level verbal and written skills
-Previous call center experience -Technical background is desirable
- Ability to maintain even temperament under pressure
- Very detail oriented and organized
- Capability to understand electronics and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Electronics Preferred Education / Experience Associates degree in technical field will put your resume to the top
