Our client, located in Milwaukee, WI, currently has an opening for a Technical Support Consultant

Responsibilities:
Candidate will support both internal and external users with technical application issues.??
Monitor phone and email queues.??
Provides first level of assistance for defined problems and escalates tickets/calls as needed.??
Will be responsible for logging tickets and escalating to product support.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Must have excellent customer service skills and the drive to learn.
Experience troubleshooting or handling difficult situations.
Must have previous experience troubleshooting the Windows operating system (adjusting start up programs and services, virus removal, print drivers and knowledge of common keys in the registry)
Experience with MS Access and familiar with working with tables and queries
Must be able to read and understand XML as used in API transactions
Some SQL experience is a plus

Qualifications:
Must be willing to submit to a background check, drug screen and education/employment verification
