We have an immediate opening for a wonderful company located in the Cool Springs area and are looking for the right person to provide support to customers.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will be
- Working directly with both technical and non-technical users to troubleshoot various issues
-Monitor customer and network alarms and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
-Working with internal departments and customers to troubleshoot and isolate facility-based customer and network related errors

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
Strong technical skills and attention to detail and strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience in computer related field will out your resume to the top
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a direct customer support environment
- Excellent customer service skills
