NFL in New York City, NY

Join us supporting NFL Digital Media and the Network in a fast paced and energetic

environment. This is a highly technical company that presents the opportunity to show

off your knowledge and learn new and valuable skills.

responsibilities:

Join us supporting NFL Digital Media and the Network in a fast paced and energetic

environment. This is a highly technical company that presents the opportunity to show

off your knowledge and learn new and valuable skills.

 
qualifications:
  • Establish and update Knowledge articles using Knowledge Center Support methodology
  • Regularly review, validate, and update flagged or expiring articles as needed
  • Meet with application owners, end user groups, and Service Desk management and staff to gather requirements for new or updated Knowledge articles
  • Create end user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals.
  • Make sure articles are completed based on Knowledge Management industry standards
  • Submit new/revised articles to managers, team, or application owner for feedback
 
skills:
  • Education: BS/BA degree preferred
  • 2+ years of previous technical writing and documentation experience in an Enterprise, Help Desk/Desktop support industry
  • Must have excellent analytical, written, and organizational skills and the ability to perform detail-oriented work
  • Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management module
  • Must provide Documentation examples upon
