We currently have a customer service opportunity within the insurance industry located in Jacksonville, FL (Deerwood). This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need someone with customer service experience as well as excellent communication skills to help the business grow! This is a 4 month contract that has a possibility to be extended or even go permanent but will be based upon the needs of the business. This position is an opportunity for you to learn and establish yourself in a fast paced, high volume, growth environment.

After 3 weeks, once you have passed the state licensing exam, your pay rate will increase from $8.25 to $15.00.

Responsibilities:
--Sell health insurance products to individual Over 65 or/and Under 65 consumers in a call center environment:
--Support both inbound (90%) and outbound calls to Consumer prospects through market driven and client campaigns.
--Ensure all customers are warmly greeted via Branded call opening, their needs are assessed quickly and they are referred to the appropriate setting, person, information or tools to address their needs.
--Analyze prospect needs and match to product solutions.
--Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, operation processes; present alternatives as appropriate
--Conduct plan comparison and analysis for existing members seeking new solutions
--Determine product eligibility based on age, county, health status and customer??s expressed needs
--Facilitate application process; advise customers of eligibility and follow established procedures to adhere to department and federal guidelines.
--Cross-sell ancillary products to both new customers and existing health customers to increase customer wallet share and retention.
--Promote and facilitate APO (Automated Payment Options) enrollment and set up
--Review with and deliver product fulfillment materials to customers
--Maintain inbound availability to support telephone service levels and customer satisfaction
--Adhere to call scripts and sales processes including documentation in contact management system. Ensure all compliance regulations are met.
--Achieve or exceed sales quotas across product lines using acquired product knowledge and selling skills.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
--Attend 40 hour pre-licensing class
--Commit to 2-3 weeks of on-site study and passing the state exam
--Obtaining 2-40 license prior to the start of product training. - Requirement for assignment
--Flexibility to work 8 hour shifts within the Call Center operating hours of will Monday through Sunday from 8:00am to 12:00am (or as business demands) during open enrollment (October - December). All shifts will include evenings, nights and/or weekends.
--100% adherence to assigned schedule during the open enrollment season.
--Experience using computers and navigating among multiple systems and screens.
--Typing skills
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well developed interpersonal skills.
--Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
--Experience working independently and as part of a team
--Experience with listening and relating key information to comparable selling situations to apply appropriate responses and actions.
--Work experience in a sales positions where sales skills were demonstrated
--Minimum of High School Diploma

Qualifications:
--Bilingual to include English and Spanish - preferred.
--Call Center Experience is preferred.
