Randstad is currently hiring for a growing consumer-focused organization looking to add customer service professionals to their inbound call center. Proudly serving customers for 16 years, they are now looking to expand their business into emerging markets and need dynamic professionals to help achieve this business goals.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated associate that is able to work independently in this work-at-home position without disruption in a professional setting. Our commitment is to provide our customers with our undivided attention to service their needs expediently.
*Must be based out of AZ to be considered for position

Responsibilities:
Receives inbound customer calls to establish a payment schedule, process changes to existing accounts, cancel accounts and answer any inquiries
Resolves customer questions and concerns effectively and efficiently by actively listening, communicating clearly and concisely, and assuring customer understanding
Documents customer interactions and transactions, records details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken
Enrolls additional customer accounts as requested
-Landline home phone required
-Personal Computer required
-High-speed internet (Please complete at speed test at speedtest.net. our system requires a 50-100 megabytes/sec and a ping < 20.
-A background check
-Prior employment verification

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:
*At least two years of call center experience in banking, insurance, phone or cable industries required

A professional interruption-free work environment to seamlessly provide outstanding service to our clients
Follow security and compliance standards to ensure all customer financial information remain strictly confidential
Need to be able to work up to two Saturdays per month (10:00-2:30pm CST)
-Full and part-time positions available
-Optional overtime available
