experience
- Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree (MSc/M.Eng preferred)
- Several years of aerospace industry experience
- Experience in verifying/certifying propulsion systems, preferably CS-E, CS/FAR-23, -25, or -27
- Experience in planning, developing, and managing V&V activities
- Hands-on-experience with propulsion test activities
- Working to system requirements, preferably ARP4754A or equivalent
- Understanding of design principles and related functional topics
- Self-reliant with ability to work in a team or autonomously
- Awareness of Part 21J contents and requirements
- Motivated to contribute to new technology development
- Experience with capture tools like Siemens Polarion or IBM Rational Doors beneficial
- Environmental qualification activities experience, preferably DO-160 beneficial
- Generating/approving EASA/FAA certification documentation beneficial
- Working with external suppliers for V&V activities beneficial
- Interacting with certification authorities for aerospace system qualification and certification beneficial
- Fluent in English, German or other languages beneficial
