Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and performance indicators
Responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, provide market feedback and recommendations
Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction
Participate in the formulation of sales budgets and expense control to ensure sales costs and profit margins
Lead the sales team, conduct sales training and performance evaluations

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with preference given to those with experience in the plastic industry
Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and customer service orientation

Strong market insight and problem-solving abilities, able to respond quickly to market changes
