The school are now seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join their committed team and are looking for teachers like you!
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Key Stage 1 pupils. You will plan and implement a creative and engaging curriculum, fostering a love for learning and ensuring that each child achieves their full potential. This role is perfect for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to start their teaching journey or a more experienced teacher seeking a new opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons that meet the national curriculum standards for KS1
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching in KS1 is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
- An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or willingness to obtain one
