Randstad is partnering with a dynamic and inclusive primary school located in the heart of Watford, dedicated to providing a high-quality education for all its students. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their committed team.
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective teaching and learning experiences to Year 3 pupils. You will develop and implement a creative curriculum that inspires a passion for learning and supports each child in achieving their full potential. This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) starting their teaching journey or experienced educators seeking a new opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons that align with the national curriculum standards for Year 3.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the school community.
- Engage in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements of the year 3 role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or willingness to obtain one.
