They are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their enthusiastic team. As a Year 4 Teacher, you will deliver dynamic and effective teaching and learning experiences to Year 4 pupils. You will plan and implement an innovative curriculum that fosters a love of learning and helps each child reach their full potential. This position is perfect for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) starting their teaching careers or experienced teachers seeking a new opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach lessons that adhere to the national curriculum standards for Year 4.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Evaluate and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the broader school community.
- Engage in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
- Ability to inspire and engage young learners.
- An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or willingness to obtain one.
