1、本科及以上学历，8年以上制造企业信息化/数字化从业经验
2、有大型企业智能制造、数字化工厂经验，有消费品行业或精益生产经验尤佳
3、对制造行业数字化、人工智能、大数据等各方面都有深入了解，熟悉传感/物联技术、自动化和智能技术在工厂的应用
4、良好的沟通协作、项目管理能力。
