Randstad is partnering up with a leading construction and engineering company. They are seeking accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance. The role will be responsible for various accounting tasks including reconciliation, full set accounting, and operational accounting duties.

Responsibilities:
Reconciliation:
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the reconciliation process.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Full Set Accounting:
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, including recording journal entries and adjustments.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Operational Accounting:
- Handle day-to-day operational accounting tasks such as recording transactions, processing invoices, and managing expenses.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
