Position: Accounts Officer/Coordinator

... About You:
- 1+ Years experience in a similar role
- Qualification in Finance (Diploma, Degree)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a high volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices and managing accounts.
- Reconciling supplier accounts monthly.
- Assisting with payment runs
- Assisting the AP manager with ad hoc tasks as required
- Handling telephone calls with suppliers and service providers.
- General office administration and support
