This admin position will require a highly motivated, energetic and resourceful person who has a willingness to learn. This will be a varied role where you will learn all aspects of the full spectrum of sales support Administration duties.
- Handle the RFQs/sales process to attract new clients/business.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Setup new customer account for new customers.
- Manage weekly/monthly sales reports to the management.
- Maintain/manage timely response for RFQs/Sales proposals to the clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive intelligence, and potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and experience
- Minimum Diploma in Technical or Business-related discipline
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in similar position .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM applications.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the team.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
